I'm Flying Delta & Here's Why | Plan With Me — 2 Foolish Mortals

First thing’s first, I’m flying to Orlando. This might be obvious to some of you, but not so obvious to others. The reason for this is because (1) I’m in Minnesota and flying is the fastest way to get where I’m going and (2) I’ve made the trip via America’s highways and byways before. . . . it’s not something I need to do again any time soon. [Yes. Exploring the United States is a lot of fun and is something I encourage everyone to do at least once in their lifetime. Having gone coast to coast and back again a few times in the past 5 years, I’m not in a position to want to make that trip again right now. . . . so there’s that.]

Now, I want to warn you, this isn’t going to be an exciting reveal or explanation. I don’t have any bombshell advice here that will change the way you travel forever or turn you on to Delta as your future airline of choice. Sorry. The reality of my situation is that I enjoy flying Delta, have had good experiences in the past and so I’ve become a Delta Skymiles Member. Couple that will being aware of promotions and knowing how to use them and BAM. . . . I fly Delta. I’ve also found that in the past 2 years, Delta has been pretty great with handing the ever-changing situation, which has made it easy to give them my money as compared to some other companies. That’s all personal preference though.
