“Disney Genie” Launch Day Has Arrived — 2 Foolish Mortals

There’s a lot to be said about Disney Genie and the paid upgrades that will come along with it, but this morning we’ve found ourselves unable to gain access. While we have followed the prompts in our My Disney Experience app and tried using the website as an alternative, we’ve been unlucky thus far. There are a number of reasons that this might be the case, but we’re not going to speculate much. What we will say is that these types of technical errors and delays are likely to happen in the next few days as Disney Genie gets itself squared away. . . . . so be sure to take some deep breaths and keep that in mind going in.
