Fortius Clinic, a private orthopaedic and sports injury group in the UK, had the courage to create a better, more streamlined mobile experience for their patients.


They wanted to use online data to make booking appointments, uploading documents, making payments, and seeing payment history simpler and easy to access on your mobile device.

Solution

The solution was a custom tailored app that helps make patient’s medical interaction with Fortius smoother and easier in a secure, well visualised format. We aim to lead the way in combining mobile and health, allowing new digital technology to be used to create happier, healthier lives. The app integrates to enable appointment booking, payment, secure messaging, location services via beacon tech, and much more.

Impact

Following a highly successful staff training and BETA trial period, the app is enabling a brand-differentiating customer experience that improves relationships.
